Training Philosophy

I have trained clients from all backgrounds, goals, and interests and with different injuries.

My approach remains the same: to ensure they develop the lifestyle habits and mindset necessary to go beyond temporary physical results and achieve permanent body, mind, and spirit transformation.

My philosophy is that training is for everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or goals.

This does NOT mean I use a cookie cutter or rubber stamp to train you. 

Whether you’re an athlete aiming to perform at your peak or someone just starting your health journey, I believe in tailoring your program to meet you where you are currently. I will discover your personal goals, and we will create a plan together.

My job is to empower you to take control of your health by educating you on how to train both your body and mind.

Movement is medicine.

I want you to feel strong and capable. 

As your trainer, the biggest win for me is when you begin to find joy in your journey and prioritize your health. 

My ultimate goal is to empower you with knowledge of proper training principles and nutrition practices so you are not fooled or swayed by myths, lies, and poor trends in the fitness industry. There are too many to count. 

We accomplish this together through education and explaining why we are implementing the specific practices and techniques that are tailored and customized specifically for you. 

Integrity is my biggest strength, which separates me from the pool of trainers just looking to put someone through workouts.

I always prioritize what is right for you. It might at first seem like the harder path, but in time, the path becomes clear, and the goal is lasting results. 

The idea is to work smarter, not harder. 

Addressing weaknesses is always necessary to build a solid foundation for progress. As weaknesses are addressed, progress comes naturally, both physically and mentally. 

In just a short time, a spark will light up within you, making this path easier. You will see and feel the rewards of your training. 

Through consistent, focused effort, you will build not just physical strength but also confidence, and self-respect. 

My programs emphasize structured training, emphasizing proper movement mechanics and exercise selection that best suit your needs and goals. 


I instill solid nutritional habits by educating you on the importance of a balanced diet filled with wholesome, nutritious foods that suit your tastes and lifestyle. 

Education is key here, and I will explain the science of proper nutrition and how they align wit your goals.  

I will teach you ways to prepare food and with healthy snacks you enjoy eating.  Our goal is to instill new daily habits that create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. 

The most effective strategy is changing how you perceive the new habits we will create together. 

You will go from “having to do”  XYZ workout! To understand why making the change is so valuable to your long-term health. And, go from “Having To”, to actually wanting to do it!”

All of my clients have expressed gratitude for the opportunity to make a positive change in their lives and have acknowledged the difference this support has had on them. This often has a ripple effect by positively influencing those who surround them as well. 

It’s funny because most people don’t complain about brushing their teeth every day. They just have an instilled the habit of doing it.

People don’t mind buying expensive clothes for themselves. 

But some people neglect their eating habits and absolutely dread going to the gym. 

Why?

Usually, it is because they have not had the support to reflect on their priorities: what should come before our health? Let’s reorganize our priorities. 

Most people don’t want to be unhealthy! They want to look and feel great! 

Expensive clothes always look best on a healthy body! And it’s easier to have a bright white smile and glowing skin when you feel healthy inside and look great.

Everybody loves a compliment “Wow, you are looking Great!!” But feeling great too, is even better. 

Fitness encompasses the majority, but not all, of my life. My faith is also very important to me. 

I understand that not everyone is like me, but I have also learned to meet my clients where they are at, learn their goals, and create a plan together to achieve their goals 100%.   

Having worked with such a wide variety of clients, I have learned the importance of clients working with a trainer who embodies what they teach. I walk the walk, not just talk the talk. I have created results for every client I have ever supported despite any obstacle they came to me with.

You may not want this intense lifestyle I live. But I can promise you can’t help but walk away with a few new healthy habits that will stick to you for a lifetime. 

No matter what your starting point is. We do it all together.

These lifestyle changes are the gems that I get to give to you which truly make me grateful to be alive. And I thank God for it every day. I am blessed that I get to do what I do, and that I have found my purpose!

The golden rule I want to teach to all of my clients is that the work put into reaching new levels doesn’t end; this is a lifetime journey, and there is always more to be worked towards….

Once you start, you will naturally embrace it, and we will enjoy the journey together.. 

We are the blessed ones. 

There are people in hospitals or with disabilities who wish they had the capability we have. Let’s honor them, make the best decisions we can for our health, and, most importantly, honor and respect ourselves. 

Only then will one make true life-lasting change necessary for a life well lived.
