Growing up as the only girl in a house full of brothers, I learned early on the value of resilience, discipline, and strength…..qualities that shaped my work ethic and love for fitness. By the time I was 10 years old, I was doing pushups and bicep curls just to keep up with my brothers. That drive eventually led me to join my high school wrestling team, where I discovered my purpose and also the importance of physical and mental toughness.
Since those early days, I’ve built a career helping people overcome the obstacles that keep them from their fitness and health goals.
